The fellow will collaborate with project staff on creating guided intake scripts and decision-tree analysis with the goal of eliminating the need to use various paper matrices to determine case priorities, case acceptance, and scheduling of cases with attorneys. In addition, the fellow will support project staff on creating a pre-check intake model which will use SMS functionalities to pre-screen or pre-check applicants for services.
